How Does EMFACE Work?
The EMFACE device employs Synchronized RF (radiofrequency) and HIFES™ (high-intensity facial electromagnetic stimulation). The Synchronized RF causes controlled damage to the dermal tissue, stimulating the body’s collagen and elastin fibres production. Increasing collagen and elastin will translate to more robust, firmer, and elastic skin.

What to Expect During a Session
Your EMFACE session will begin with placing the applicators on your face’s targeted area(s). Synchronized RF and HIFES™ energy will be emitted for about 20 minutes. You’ll feel slight warming as the RF energy heats the underlying tissue.
At the same time, you will notice the facial muscles contracting, which should feel similar to a firm massage. As the muscles grow stronger with each follow-up session, their ability to contract increases. Later sessions may feel slightly more intense, but you should not experience any pain.
What to Expect After a Session
EMFACE is a no-downtime treatment. After your session, you’ll be able to return home or to work immediately. As the muscles recover, you may have some residual but minimal soreness, which will subside within a day or two.
We often recommend four sessions spaced seven to ten days apart for optimal improvements. The total effect of your EMFACE treatment is typically noticeable 90 days after your final session.
